What a relief! Finally, all of the holiday decorations are put away and we can get back to our quilting! It’s been good to see everyone popping in to pick up their block of the month kits, signing up for classes and beginning new projects!

Here’s a photo of our new friend Eloise! Suzi created her using the Eloise and Elmore pattern from Indygo Junction.

This new collection of taupe fabrics from Moda called Evening Mist by Sentimental Studios arrived during the last few days of December. The log cabin blocks were made with the Marti Michell Log Cabin ABC’s book and the Log Cabin Ruler.

There are just a few spaces remaining for the Cobblestone Lane Block of the Month program. Let us know as soon as possible if you are interested!

We’re madly working on samples for next term so we can take pictures for our upcoming newsletter (due out in a couple of weeks). We thought we’d stop long enough though to show you some new fabric arrivals!

In the “really sweet” department, we have the collection Simply Baby from Windham Textiles. There are two cute panels, one for boys and one for girls with lots of coordinates for both!

Also newly arrived is the Close to My Heart collection from Edyta Sitar for Moda. This collection combines batiks as well as prints, all colour coordinated! We also are stocking an accompanying pattern that lets you use all the fabrics!
